Buena estancia.

Nos hemos alojado yo y mi familia, junto con nuestra perrita, la ubicación es ideal, zona tranquila incluso en agosto, comercios y restaurantes cerca, y el paseo marítimo justo en la misma calle, la piscina estaba bien y sin aglomeraciones, y la casa estaba bastante bien, todas las estancias ideales y todo funcionaba bien! Nos costó encontrarlo ya que faltó el número de la casa pero el dueño respondió enseguida a la llamada, como puntuación le recomendaría al dueño que comunicase al responsable de limpieza que mejorase la higiene de la estancia, ya que hemos tenido que limpiar nosotros en estos días. Y en las habitaciones de arriba no hay persianas, ni cortinas opacas por lo que a las 6:00 a.m ya entraba todo el sol de la mañana. Por todo lo demás PERFECTO!!!

Ideal location

Booked as near the location of a wedding we were attending. Property in ideal location as close to the lagoon, beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants. No car needed as booked minibus to and from airport. Air con in bedrooms which was welcome! Lovely veranda with flowers. Hosts very approachable. We had a lovely week.

Pior era impossível

Após 7 pessoas com um bebé de seis meses e outro de 3 anos fazerem uma viagem de 10h e chegarem a um destino para descansarem, não há pior do que o estado em que encontrámos esta casa. É pena o site não permitir colocar as fotos que tirámos mas quem quiser pode dar o seu contacto que nós enviamos. Resumidamente a casa cheirava mal, a cozinha estava com uma fuga de água no chão, encontramos duas máquinas cheias de roupa ainda a lavar e um monte de roupa no chão dessa divisão (toalhas, lençois , etc, ), as camas só tinham o colchão, as casas de banho não tinham toalhões, havia mascaras anti-covid usadas numa gaveta, bem como beatas dentro de gavetas , inúmeros pertences que devem ser dos proprietários espalhados pela casa, os sofas cheios de manchas estranhas, as almofadas como não tinham fronha dava para ver que estavam tão imundas que é dificil de descrever, não havia papel higienico nas casas de banho, etc...e estivemos a fazer tempo para só entrar na casa ás 16h, conforme as regras. Para complicar ainda mais o responsável pela limpeza e entrega da casa, um tal de Paco, disse-nos que não podia fazer nada, que o melhor seria nós irmos comprar lençois e toalhas e depois entrar em contacto com o proprietario para ele nos dar esse dinheiro, enfim... Ele proprio admitiu que não dormiria nessa casa naquelas condições. Ainda na casa tentei contactar o proprietario mas sem sucesso, pelo que enviei as fotos para o site VRBO junto com uma reclamação a informar que era impossivel ficarmos nessa propriedade nestas condições e que iriamos deixar as chaves e procurar outro alojamento, que por sorte lá conseguimos apesar de já ser tarde e após muito stress. Entretanto até hoje temos tentado entrar em contacto com o proprietario quer por email, quer pelo proprio site VRBO, quer até telefonicamente, sem qualquer sucesso. Por nós isto não vai ficar assim pois vamos recorrer ás instancias legais para recebermos o nosso dinheiro de volta, bem como para tentar evitar que esta situação aconteça a outras pessoas, ainda por cima numa altura de Pandemia Covid-19 com leis apertadas, que foram completamente violadas nesta situação, o que até acaba por ser criminoso.

Propietario poco atento

La casa se encontraba en malas condiciones, tenía bichos en los armarios, el horno sucio, falta de microondas, etc. Habían demasiadas pertenencias del propietario por toda la casa, lo que hacía muy dificil la instalación. El propietario no estuvo atento para la comunicación con sus huéspedes. Muy descontentos.

Casa bella e comoda

Abbiamo soggiornato a metà agosto in questa proprietà, bella accessoriata e molto comoda, dotata di ogni confort. La posizione è strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi si può scegliere se fare il bagno nella laguna o in mare aperto, nel condominio c’ è anche una bella piscina. Attraversando la strada c’ è un supermercato fornitissimo. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio.
