This one-bedroom apartment is located front-line of the Mar Menor Sea, really close to the Mediterranean Sea and with incredible sea view! It has got a bedroom with a comfy new double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, an open-plan and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, with a large new sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a new sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.
There are air conditioning units in both the living and the bedroom and fibre optic internet.
The apartment is located in Residencial Seychelles, which has got two communal pools, normally open from May till September (open dates to be confirmed seasonally)
