Quando sono arrivato la reception era chiusa e al telefono la persona di riferimento ci ha detto che si erano persi la nostra prenotazione. Siamo stati riprotetti in un hotel in centro a Pisa (avevamo scelto apposta la Sterpaia per stare in mezzo al parco) di sicuro di costo inferiore e per di più con una colazione ridotta ai minimi termini (solo una brioche e cappuccio)
