The house we propose, located in a panoramic position, is divided into two apartments communicating with each other from the outside. Large, child friendly, comfortable country house "Vedi Torre", from the 18th century, renovated in 2004, surrounded by trees and fields. 14 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 48 km from the centre of Firenze, in the district Casaglia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: property 1'200 m2, park 150 m2, garden 200 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 26.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
