This hotel and it's amenities were quite suitable and easy access for a quick vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining experiences and options. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was easily accessible.

Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude, very difficult to deal with concerning reservations for dinners, etc. Even check-in was a whole process and not welcoming at all. 2 dinner spots were good but others were not. Beautiful beachfront, but other than that nothing too attractive. Would not come back.

Rooms are a bit dated. Getting your room cleaned daily is a bit of a struggle. you need to go ask house keeping to clean. The bartenders are fantastic. Very friendly

The room was outdated and the cleaning service was done to the bare minimum. Had a leaking air conditioner for 3 days leaking water everywhere. Finally, I was able to move to a new room. We got sick, had an issue with the toilet, and couldn't get a plunger until the morning. Any room service would take hours to get. The water was amazing, the beach was clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful.

Great vacation! Beds comfortable, access to beach was amazing. Wish sitting area in rooms were more comfortable and modern. Overall staff was alway accommodating. Did bike tour and snorkeling with Zep and Steve had an amazing time. Love being up close to sea turtles.

The ocean front room was perfect. We stayed on the second floor which we realized we preferred over the 1st floor. With it being on the boardwalk, everyone walks by you on the first floor so no privacy. Restaurants were good on site. The app was super easy to use and get reservations for our group of 4. We enjoyed Club Margot, best view on the resort and yummy drinks! We can’t wait to go back to the Tam!

We loved this place. Food is good for an all inclusive. Stay oceanfront if you can, its worth it. Explore the ocean with snorkeling. Embrace walking between the two included resorts, although, if you need shuttles they are always available. We got deluxe king room, which was larger than expected. Staff and locals are very friendly.

I wanted to love it. The view and all were great. But every morning between 6.30-7.30 workers started with a leaf blower. First night we had an extremely loud family next door - nothing the hotel can do about it - they left just to start fixing the room at 7.30 next morning. After that extremely loud couple downstairs being drunk and fighting at 2am. Overall a lot of people leave a lot of garbage / cups all over the area. Typical all inclusive I assume. The bars were slightly unhygienic with the birds sitting on the bar equipment… I tried ti just ignore it but overall would probably not return.

Going out to the balcony and look at the beautiful view. Listening to the calm waves hitting the rocks at a quiet night. The sea was right at our feet. We walked around at other hotels that were fancier and more expensive, but the location of this place and where it was built is unmatched. We would come back again to this hotel. The food option was also satisfying. We tried all different kind of cuisine and they were amazing.

The smell in the room was horrible. The septic sewage smelled the entire time, in our building and our friends in the other buildings experienced the same problems. There was NO ROOM SERVICE and you couldn't get food or drinks after 1 am, which is unusual for All-inclusive. The shuttle was supposed to shut down at 3 am that takes you from one resort to the neighboring resort, but this didn't happen. The drivers were rude when they had to come after 1 am. The Entertainment was over at 11 pm which made it very boring. Not a good resort.
