Our room was wonderful -very clean and spacious. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful distant ocean view from our balcony and also a beautiful view looking down on the lush garden and pool area. The pool was super clean and very warm. It was a beautiful hotel made better by the incredible staff. They were flexible, accomodation and willing to go the extra mile to help us when our flight was cancelled. Thank you to the whole staff who really went out of their way and made our stay excellent. Also the daily breakfast was such a treat that we looked forward to every morning. Super clean. Great staff. Cozy & charming. Just try to avoid room #5 which is right underneath the restaurant. Lots of chair noises early in the morning, hard to sleep in. Close enough to the beach and a 15 minutes walk to the village and all the restaurants. Attention walking at night, there are no street lights. It gets very dark, but we didn’t feel any danger, it’s just a bit eary.

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua breakfast was our fave. San Pancho is a small chill town. Perfect slice of paradise to disconnect, enjoy nature, and eat all the amazing food. Would definitely come back! Thank you!
