Difficult check in, make sure to call ahead and check they have a card on file or else they’ll give you push back. Facilities are clean and mobility friendly rooms are a dream. In business park area, across from highway but no traffic sounds. Should be fine for a few nights.

It was okay

Beds were comfortable. Looks great at first glance but room was not clean. Mold in shower, stained sheets, hair on counters. Staff were not accommodating when asking for bedding for pull out they would not bring it to the room. Parking is a rip off, lots of parking available should not have to pay $20 a night when it isnt even secured. Good location, very quiet. Breakfast was good.

4 day stay. Checking was weird, only offered a room on floor 1 or 2. Didn’t know that un-housed people were being housed in floors 3&4. Our first room had a window that was accessible by a roof outside. There were obvious footprints outside the window where someone had looked into the room. Next room on 3 floor, many people who actually resided at hotel. No room service unless requested, which we did. Bed made, no new sheets. No toiletries and only 2 8oz bottles of water. Many families and sports teams. Easily 20 people at a time at small pool. Breakfast was a madhouse of people after 7 am in too small a dinning space. And kids running up and down halls unattended. A few pounded at our door at about 9 pm rattling the door violently. Located in a business park, parking a car was $22 a night. Ridiculous as many people milling around and no security offered. Also, many parking signs which were confusing leaving one feeling that parking spaces were off limits especially in the front of the hotel. Go somewhere else. Overall feeling was it’s a sketchy, uncomfortable place.

Liked cleanliness, service, spacious room comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Modern hotel felt new. Location was ok, not much within walking distance. Has charging station. Only thing I didn’t like not sure if problem in all there rooms. Our room had the AC right next to the bed. I slept on that side my wife on the other. The sound of AC coming on and off was disturbing my sleep, worse part was cold air blowing right at me. Terrible AC placement location. I froze all night but couldn’t turn it off cause it would get hot in the room. It’s bad enough that I wouldn’t stay here again if all rooms are the same. Did mention to staff upon checking out.
