Absolutely loved the customer service from the moment you walk in. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Incredible Stay

Experience was top notch from beginning to the end, came into the city for the SF marathon and traveled by train, ran into some hiccups and they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend Omni if you’re staying in San Francisco, the bar was incredible, loved the atmosphere and the bartender there was very nice and friendly, had a great conversation with him. Will definitely come back when I’m in SF.
