The room is okay but the staff is mediocre. No one was at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait awhile. The elevator was not working so had to climb five stories with the luggage’s.

Clean but a bit tired. Very thin walls, you can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms (like a baby crying at 1am). Direct access to the rooms through the restaurant mae it not so safe (anyone can wander in) and evening staff who checked me in was not friendly:(. And no window unless you upgrade (window opens to central air vent which is shared with restaurant.

Place is eclectic but feels like Harry Potter Hotel. Elevator stopped working the first night. People are very friendly room is clean but very old updated but still very old Floor slant one way and then they also slat another way so when you’re in the bathroom, taking a shower, the shower door just stays open, but if you look past everything it’s kind of cool And it’s clean and the people are nice .

The hotel was super cute. We had a comfortable night here! Modern retro, comfortable lobby, I was upgraded to a suite. Great room with a living room that was large and comfortable bedroom. The star was that it had a deck! I couldn’t give more than 3 stars because there were a few negatives. Biggest negative was there’s no valet parking and no parking on site at all. Also no room service. Other Negatives were a very small bathroom and inflexible policy for late check out. I was denied an additional hour as they only allow one person per floor a courtesy. We’d consider staying again if our schedule aligns.

I went with this as it was the perfect location for my meetings, and rated "excellent"...I'm not sure where that rating came from: it's an old property, decadent with some thin layers of make up applied, and border line bed bug scary... don't, just don't.

Old drafty rooms. Room was directly above the restaurant on the warf side, which is a nice view, but someone came to riffle through the restaurants recycle bins, and was throwing glass bottles from their bins into the back of a truck for hours in the middle of the night.
