Original reservation was a Deluxe King size room city view. Upon arrival we got a small room with a king size bed, view was the building across the street. Reception was nice, enough. Parking was not available at hotel, and we had to go across the street, and we had to play $76 for the day. At night while sleeping we were woken up to the noise of mice scratching the basket of hand towels under the sink. It was a mice! We slammed the floor with a shoe to scare it away and we weren’t able to sleep after that. We left first thing in the morning. We were definitely not expecting that experience.

Cute cozy hotel near the bay
Super nice older hotel but clean and updated. Close to oracle park. Probably walking distance but it was raining so we drove. Staff was super friendly also. Definitely will stay again

The best hotel I have ever stayed at in San Francisco! Safe location, a bit away from tourist areas, but right by the Ferry building. Staff gave me an upgrade to a room with a view due to my Expedia VIP status. I didn’t even have to ask! Beautiful sunrise every morning❤️I will be back.

I love the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do not offer parking but it was easy enough to find a safe garage close by for a reasonable rate. I would stay again!
