I would not stay here again unless absolutely necessary. Airport to hotel shuttle was about a 45 minute wait but that could be due to traffic. At check-in, the front desk did not explain any amenities. The room felt outdated; while the AC worked fine, the shower had strong pressure but drained poorly. At checkout, no staff were present to assist with adding my rewards number, and there was no option to purchase water or snacks. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

There is airport shuttle bus, hence, it's good to check the schedule with front desk staff in advance, and prepare tips for driver, which is common practice in the US. Front desk staff can be warm in greeting any guests.
