Very outdated, elevators sounded like something from a horror movie, carpet was old and smelly in room, had to empty my own trash and had to request the room to be cleaned. Just overall old and dingy.

Tub would not drain when taking a shower. Since there were two of us, only one could shower in the morning. Since we needed to hurry and leave so early in the morning, I told desk on the way out about the tub. He asked if I called for someone to come fix it. Told him we couldn’t because we were leaving so fast. He didn’t say anything else after that. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed in his attitude!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, however our first room smelled like urine in the heater. Once upgraded for free the “better” room shower took a very long time to get warm- not hot. Acceptable but would try somewhere else before here again. Good location near some good food tho.

Overall appearance of the room was good, clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was given a room on the 3rd floor with a significant downside, noise from the outside was a notable issue up until about midnight making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.
