The room was clean and the staff were excellent and the food was good also. The check in was the only thing that went haywire. A lot of rooms not ready after check in time, by like an hour or more. They ended up changing our room because there was a mistake somewhere.

CHECK-IN was an awful experience! It took 1.5 hours, standing in a line up that simply didn’t move. I fail to understand HOW it could take so long to check people into their hotel rooms. 2 staff that worked slower than turtles. It was infuriating and everyone in the lines was complaining. This long proceed nearly made us late for returning our car rental. For what you charge, this is not acceptable. Two young female travellers in front of us, were laying on the floor with their heads on their bags…assuming they just arrived to Costa Rica from a long flight, we’re exhausted and just wanted to get some rest. DO BETTER HILTON!!!!

The check in was slow. The restaurant expensive and the food not great. First room on was okay, the room on our last night was nice. Not much around to walk to but there was a decent restaurant nearby and convenience store too.

Loved how close it was to the airport. Loved the shuttle driver. The wait to check in was horrible. Only place we stayed in Costa Rica with no hair dryer. The food was horrible. There was one waitress and the food was cold and didn’t taste good. We got the Surf and turf and it was the worst meal in our whole stay in Costa Rica. There was coffee and green juice and water for the very long wait while we checked in. Beds were comfy and there was hot water.
