Condo 241 is a gorgeous San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch, one of the most sought-after resort communities in San Felipe. This 1,300 square foot home features two large bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, open living spaces, soaring ceilings, beautifully tiled floors, and elegant decor.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and large windows, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private patio access, and a spa-inspired master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, deep jetted garden tub, and his-and-her sinks. The main living area has a leather sofa and two oversized armchairs. The fully furnished kitchen has wooden cabinetry, modern appliances, an industrial-size sink, and a large center island with bistro-style breakfast bar seating.
The formal dining area has a glass-top table leading to a private patio with a BBQ grill — perfect for drinks and dinner under the stars. Guests have access to the resort-style pool, on-site restaurant, and tennis courts. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit required. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in this community (exception for Baja 250 race participants). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM. Book online now — only takes 5 minutes!
