No puedo opinar en verdad nada de las métricas que existen en esta evaluación ya que no pude llegar al hotel, es una ruta muy complicada para llegar, no lo evaluo mal el hotel en el resto de aspectos ya que no pude conocer y tampoco quiero que esta evaluación llegue a perjudicar en lugar de ayudar, ya que creo que deberia de haber un poco de señalización para saber si en algún momento voy por la ruta correcta, más allá de lo que digan servicios de terceros (Google maps, Waze, etc). La atención es excelente desde antes de llegar ya que me contactaron para que mi experiencia fuera personalizada, solo el detalle de saber cómo llegar o tener un poco de información en el camino.
