Villa Aria is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It offers every comfort, and the lake views from every corner of the house are extraordinary, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and romantic sunsets every day. The villa is arranged over four levels. The lower-ground floor houses a spa with a 6 x 3 m whirlpool pool, a Turkish bath with shower, a fully equipped gym with a full bathroom, a garage and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The ground floor features a spectacular dining room for 10 people, a double living room, both with large glass doors opening onto the covered porch, and a guest bathroom. The floors throughout this area are finished in rich straw-yellow onyx. The first floor has three double bedrooms with terraces and two bathrooms. The attic floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a TV area and a study. Outside, a covered porch offers a comfortable dining area for 10 people, a barbecue and a relaxing lounge area with sofas and chaise longues. A beautiful 15 x 6 m swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The approximately 2,000-square-metre garden, predominantly flat, is beautifully maintained and very pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities. The entire villa is air-conditioned. During the colder months, the main and first floors have underfloor heating.

• Bedrooms: Sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The first floor features three beautifully furnished, spacious and bright double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and stunning lake views. The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. The attic floor features two spacious and elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together. Each bedroom is equipped with a safe.



• Bathrooms: There are four full bathrooms and one guest bathroom, plus an additional shower in the spa. All bathrooms feature large showers and are finished with high-quality materials. On the lower-ground floor there is a bathroom with shower next to the gym, while the ground floor has a guest bathroom. The first floor features a bathroom with a large marble whirlpool bathtub and integrated shower for the master bedroom, and a second bathroom with a large shower serving the two adjacent double bedrooms. The attic floor also has a full bathroom with shower.

Villa Aria is located 300 metres from the beach and the harbour of Portese, a picturesque harbour with ferry services to all the other ports around the lake and beautiful beaches. At the harbour there are three excellent restaurants, a bar and an ice-cream parlour. The beach and harbour overlook the Gulf of Salò, with the majestic slopes of Monte Spino and Monte Pizzoccolo rising above Salò, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lake to the west and, from the beach, views towards the Monte Baldo mountain range to the east.



Approximately 200 metres away is the charming little medieval village of Portese, which is absolutely delightful. There are two excellent restaurants and pizzerias, several good bars, a shop, a pharmacy and a butcher's shop selling meat and cheeses. Right in the centre of the village is the "Le Chiusure" winery, which offers guided tours and tastings and produces some of the finest Garda Classico, Groppello and Rosé wines in the region. Approximately 1.5 km away is the larger village of San Felice, with several excellent restaurants, bars and pizzerias, as well as a post office and town hall. The centre of Salò is 3 km away. Several weekly farmers' markets are held in the surrounding villages.
