Great location in Hillcrest for all the LGBT bars/clubs/restaurants. They are still renovating some sections. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! The beds and pillows are SOO comfortable and clean!! Great stay for the price.

The parking is a little complicated because there is none until you check in. You have to park across the street at the jack in the box and walk over. Besides that, the room and service were amazing and once you get access to the garage parking is guaranteed and secure.

That said, the room was quite small for the price, and the parking was expensive. Rooms are small, but the price and location are great. Room was updated. Kitchen has pots and pans but seems like you should source your own utensils. Freeway noise is there no matter where you are in building, so if you are sensitive to white noise, maybe stay somewhere else.
