I loved Heather the manager. Always helpful with a smile. I would have liked to have had someone get my bags to the check in point. On the second day the maid service forgot our room. We were upset because we had spent the day at the zoo and just wanted a shower. We had no towels.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast very simple and my complaint is that after our first night no one came to clean our room or change our towels, I had to go to reception the next day to ask them to please do it.

If you stay more than one night, there is no room service (no clean towels, no fresh bed sheets, no clean dishes, no clean room/ bathroom and no trash service) Although you pay the same rate as the 1st but the 2nd or 3rd night etc., you will not get the same service. Even you complain, the manager states (it's company policy) but there is absolutely no disclaimer of such at the time of reservation or even check in. The room I stayed it was dirty and filthyI have the pictures. I asked the housekeeper staff if they can clean our rooms she didn’t understand what we were asking. She refused to give the extra towels. Parking space is limited when you have a suv or pick up.

The parking cost was the least expensive of hotels in that area. The parking garage would be difficult for a large SUV because of the tight turns between floors but not impossible. The room had a good size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bedding was old but clean. The breakfast was the standard fare but good. The staff was helpful and very nice. I would stay there again.
