shower did not work in our room. they told us it was fixed, but it wasn’t had to wait until maintenance could look at it the next day. First day no room cleaned, second day had to ask for it as not done by 3:30, third day not done and called at 3:15 when we got back for the day and was told too late to be done. but brought us clean towels. first reception girl very cold. Had to ask for vouchers for free drinks as per registration, which she just handed too us like it was a chore. This was our 8th year at this hotel and worst experience ever.

It was a fine hotel. A good location, but over priced for what you get. We would roll the dice on staying somewhere else next time. Nickeled and dimed on all the pieces. Parking fee, but then you can't get a parking spot because they're trimming the trees. Seems like the right time to make parking free for the day.

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel! The location is phenomenal. You have the option of walking to the beach, the marina, and Sea World! They also have a shuttle available. The gift shop was super cute with the friendliest of staff. We look forward to our next stay here already!

We loved staying at the Dana with the incredible views that allow us to take breathtaking walks around the bay. Service at the restaurant is always top notch but fell short Saturday night around 7pm trying to order desert to go and drinks while waiting and the hostess was absolutely clueless. Rates to rent paddlebaors, boats hourly is highly priced.

Staff was very nice and accommodating and the room was comfortable (however, a little small with two beds). Everything was clean and we loved the amenities such as the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest.
