Exterior has large redwood deck with shaded table and chairs, gas barbecue, and storage area for bikes and beach gear. Deck has unrestricted views of the boardwalk, beach, and surf - perfect for families that want a bit of separation from the boardwalk .

Open interior living space has great views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining room table seats 4, and bar seats 3. Full kitchen service for up to 8. Full bath and half bath. Master bedroom has queen Bed and stacked washer/dryer. Two additional bedrooms each with twin beds.

Located just a short walk from all the amenities of North Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, including hotels, restaurants, fast food, supermarket, beach bars, souvenir and boutique shopping, and pier fishing.

This North Mission Beach court is the place to be, where you can walk to everything. While the house has no on-site parking, street parking can usually be found nearby on Strand Way or Mission Blvd.

If youre family loves to boogie board, surf, ride bikes on the boardwalk, skateboard, rollerskate, try tons of different hole in the wall food delights its all about location here. My family has been renting this property almost annually over the years. The location is perfect for spending long days at the beach doing whatever it is you enjoy doing while there. It's clean, has everything you need, and is close to a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and the bay. We still love it and can't wait to go back again! This is a truly wonderful place to stay: on a scale of 1-10, it's over the top!

The whole process was easy. This house is located one house away from the beach! We were thrilled by sunsets, high waves, and a steady parade of people, dogs, bikes passing by. The house is super comfortable. We made some meals, ordered in, etc. The bedrooms were super comfortable. Mike was very responsive to our questions. There were 5 of us including a three year old, and we all want to come back to Mike's VRBO!
