Arrival/Departure Policy: Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm) Check out time is 11 am. Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!
Nightly Minimum Policy: 4 night minimum required in the off season. 6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option. (Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

Last Minute Booking Policy: If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.
To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a โselfieโ photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.
This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed, payment has been made, and the guest has connected with one of our guest services agents.
In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The Verify Hub service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days.
Property Appearance: Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors.

I hardly write review, but this is for future vacationers:
Pros:
- 2 car underground garage, very safe
- excellent location to walk to beach/restaurants/bars
Cons:
- for the price, be advised, is very very noisy corner condo, 24/7 noise, can't even open the windows. even with close windows you still hear noise. however, if 50% discounted then maybe worth suffering, otherwise for the price find somewhere else.

The space in this house is nice. There was very little hot water in any bathroom. The house is very dated and needs new carpet, paint, etc. We would. never stay again due to the road noise. You cannot sleep! For a family of 6 we had plenty of room.

Great Location!
This unit has a great location. Itโs on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). Thereโs an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasnโt too bad. Iโd especially recommend the location.

The location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars. All within walking distance.
The instructions to enter the building on arrival were somewhat confusing. You cant enter the main doors. There is a metal side door you use.
Having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was perfect. We would stay again.

Right in the heart of PB
My 2 children, their spouses and I needed a place to gather for the holidays. We all had an amazing time! This is the second time I have used Nancyโs Vacation rentals and they did not disappoint. Walked to the beach and along the boardwalk. Spent time at Belmont Shore and ate at amazing restaurants - all within walking distance! Will definitely be using Nancyโs Vacation rentals in the future - they donโt disappoint! Oh and the fact that we had 2 gated parking spots was a big plus in my book! ๐

Great location, near restaurants, grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was very clean and very clear check in process was provided with great instructions. A delightful stay at the beach
We were very pleased with our stay at this property. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made life so much easier with guest ranging from 9 to 77 years. The location was perfect. The management company was efficient and responsive and just a pleasured to work with.

Great beach access
Nice and close to beaches and zoo and sea world. Never got the front doors of complex to work for us. Airlines canceled our first day due to hurricane Hilary. Wish we had that extra day back. Overall, great location and really nice kitchen and bathrooms for each bedroom.

Great stay
This was the perfect place to be as we visited our son in college. Only 10 mins away from his place and we still got to be by the water. The property was clean and well kept. The beds were soft and it was easy falling asleep. Kitchen was big and had all we needed as far as pots, pans, and plates. The secure parking underneath was very nice. The only issue we had (other than the rain most of the weekend) was one of the remotes for the gates did not work for us but the other one did so not a problem. The management was available to us at any time so I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect Pacific Beach Group Trip
This 3 bed 3 bath condo was a perfect fit for our week long stay in PB. The interior of this property is dated, but clean and contains all necessities. The townhome was spacious and secure parking garage was great. Downstairs bathroom toilet was difficult but it worked. I loved that there were beach chairs, towels and toys for us to take out to the sand. If youโre looking for a group trip for PB, Mission Beach and short drive to all the best of SD, this is it.

Great location
You can't really beat the location! Close to Pacific beach, lots of restaurants, and grocery store. We loved that it had private parking. It had boogie boards, beach chairs and lots of beach towels. The noise outside (busy intersection and bar across the street) was a little annoying, so bring ear plugs to sleep. Other than that it was GREAT!!

This property is conveniently located to every you need for a nice San Diego getaway. You are just a minute from the ocean and have a variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. There are a selection of fun clubs and bars in the area. There is a drug store and grocery store within walking distance. The property has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and towels. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
