I was told after checking in that the top floor is a halfway house. There’s no sink in the bathroom; just a kitchen-like sink in the main room. The bed frame is a cheap metal frame that the mattress constant love moves on.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was comfy and clean. The room had the sink outside of the restroom, which I found a little interesting. My room specifically, was located in a kinda weird spot. My window did not look out the street but rather out to other windows which made feel a bit uncomfortable to open the shades. This made it difficult to get sunlight inside the room. The hotel has a large kitchen downstairs in which anyone can use to cook meals in the stove or warm up food in the microwave. I would say the hotel looked more like an apartment complex. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Little Italy. Great access to local restaurants and coffee shops.
