Habitación limpia pero encontré cabellos en el lavabo y baño, buen estacionamiento y mal wifi, ocupé 2 habitaciones en diferentes pisos y en ninguna había buen internet, no cuentan con teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción, ante cualquier situación hay que bajar. Es un poco enredado para ver televisión ya que se ocupan 2 controles. El personal te atiende muy bien, son muy amables.

Excelente lugar comodo y relajado, a diez minutos a pie de la catedral de San Cristóbal. Atención cálida, lugar limpio y cómodo. Algo a considerar es que pagas al llegar al lugar, reciben tarjeta y efectivo.

El hotel en sí está bien, pero teniendo libre una habitación normal intentaron darnos una que estaba prácticamente dentro del cuarto de lavadoras y del servicio, totalmente escondida. Les pedimos que nos cambiaran y nos dieron una mejor que estaba hasta preparada, podían haberlo hecho desde el principio pero intentaron colárnosla.
