This property is also within 10 miles of several parks, the Coach House Concert Hall, and the Monarch Beach Golf Links, so don't forget your clubs!

These two bright and spacious vacation rentals will have you slipping into the coastal mindset in no time at all. Inside both units, discover full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for mealtimes, laptops, or socializing with the chefs. Dine indoors or out in the fenced yard where you'll also find a cornhole set, string lights, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. Back indoors, kick back in the comfortably-furnished living areas to stream your favorite channels.

Additional options for entertainment include a selection of board games and complimentary, high-speed internet access. You can also pack light with the on-site washer/dryer to help keep your swimsuits and towels clean during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
