Beautiful Victorian style home with fast wifi, smart TV, full kitchen to cook and so much more! This awesome house includes a fully furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 bathrooms.

This home is located .5 mile from downtown Redlands where there’s plenty to choose restaurants - coffee, sushi, bars, bakeries, many upscale restaurants, Vons, Stater Bros, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts all walking distance or a one-minute uber ride.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Normally we like to give our guests 100% privacy but if the need arises we will gladly give assistance.
Please adhere to the guidelines below. They are straightforward and have been created for everyone’s enjoyment and success. I am easygoing as long as you communicate beforehand about particular circumstances. If these are too strict for you, please try another option.

Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must not be left alone in my home. All poop must be picked up and disposed in bags in the trash. A $250 fine will be incurred if damage to the property is done by your pet.

Parties/get-togethers are not allowed UNLESS agreed upon. Please message me prior to your booking.

UNREGISTERED GUESTS are not allowed without prior permission, even if they are just visiting. Our insurance is strict, and so is the city.

All illegal activities will not be tolerated. Please smoke outside and discard any butts outside.

Please clean up after yourself.

No refunds will be permitted regarding Mother Nature, or our wonderful California blackouts.

PET POLICY:
-Pre-approval is required for ALL animals, even service animals which are always approved and
not charged. This is an insurance requirement.
-Crate when left unattended.
-Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket.
-Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets.
-Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will
be on the furniture.
-Keep on-leash on the property at all times.
-Pick up your pets waste and dispose in the outside dumpster only.
-Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains
-Be considerate of other neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 9PM &
6AM
-You are responsible for any damages caused by your pets.
