За свои деньги - отличный вариант. В апартаментах есть все, что нужно. Очень удобно с детьми: напротив небольшая детская площадка, также площадка получше на соседней улице за углом (за зданием университета в парке deo Colori). Транспортная доступность отличная: рядом остановка автобуса, в пешей доступности станция Porto D'Ascoli. Рядом 2 супермаркета - один поближе, другой подальше, но дешевле. А также хороший магазинчик с кулинарией. Близко большой бесплатный пляж, принадлежности для комфортного отдыха на пляже можно всегда купит в многочисленных киосках по пути. Есть небольшой бассейн. При этом внимательнее стоит изучать неявные условия проживания, как например плата за финальную уборку.
