Il Villaggio dell'ANSIA!!!

Cibo discreto ma antipasti simili - molto ripetitivi. Camere climatizzate bene, frigo efficiente e cabina doccia enorme, purtroppo tv 14" a tubo catodico e soli 8 canali che peraltro si vedevano male. Purtroppo è cambiata l'animazione (non è piu' SAMARCANDA), ed in peggio sopratutto gli animatori del Miniclub. Discreti solo gli spettacoli di cabaret (un paio nella settimana). Ma la nota peggiore è l'insistenza degli animatori a partecipare ai loro "giochi" che spesso sfociava in maleducazione; infatti ho visto animatori tirare di per il braccio persone sdraiate al sole o addirittura spingerle e buttarle in acqua per "coinvolgerli" nelle loro attività. Per cui stavi sempre con l'ANSIA che venissero a cercarti. Orari ristorante assurdi: a pranzo chiudeva alle 14 e a cena addirittura alle 21.00. Personalmente d'estate non riesco mai a cenare prima delle 21 figuriamoci in vacanza!!! Inutile dire che se non andavi subito (alle 13 e alle 20 max) a mangiare difficilmente trovavi le cose migliori che finivano subito e quindi ANSIA su ANSIA! Pochi ombrelloni in piscina e pochi tavoli e sedie nella zona bar, per cui, dopo mangiato, dovevi correre per cercare di trovare un posto... e quindi altra ANSIA!! Gli unici che si sono divertiti veramente tanto sono stati i miei bambini, a cui chiaramente bastava stare in piscina da mattina a sera....

Bella vacanza.....ma....

Abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni ad agosto 2015,nel complesso la nostra vacanza è andata bene anche se osservando l'organizzazione dell'hotel a mio parere ci sono degli aspetti che andrebbero rivisti per apportare delle migliorie.Quali?Primo fra tutti l'organizzazione della sala ristorante.In vacanza mangiare bene ed a proprio agio è determinante al 50% o più per la sua buona riuscita.La qualità dei piatti cucinati era altalenante,a volte buoni a volti lasciavano a desiderare.Gli antipasti sempre gli stessi per 10 giorni così come la frutta anguria a pranzo e cena.Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è che vige il motto che chi prima arriva meglio alloggia.Le pirofila terminate non vengono rimpiazzato, chi ha fatto la corsa per arrivare primo al buffet ha più scelta di chi arriva un pò dopo e questo non è concepibile per un hotel 4 stelle perché io ho pagato per avere gli stessi servizi degli altri ospiti e non meno.Il Maistre predilige questa politica...mah!Altro aspetto da migliorare l'organizzazione degli orari per le pulizie,le donne ti bussano a tutte le ore per pulire e se tu stai riposando e non apri la porta ci pensano loro e ti piomba no in camera.

Non è mia abitudine recensire, ma questa volta lo faccio per smentire alcuni pareri molto negativi che si trovano in giro. 1- non ci sono api e meduse così come erroneamente affermano 2-cibo niente male e sempre rimpiazzato, non è vero che bisogna arrivare al ristorante appena apre per essere sicuri di trovare da mangiare 3-mare ottimo 4-navetta disponibile ogni 5 minuti e ci impiega solo 10 minuti per arrivare in spiaggia e non 20 come qualche scellerato bugiardo ha dichiarato 5-buona pulizia della camera Unica pecca, il parco giochi. A mio avviso andrebbe rimodernato visto che ci giocano i bambini e il terreno (terra) non è dei migliori, il baby club però è ok. Reception disponibile, come anche i camerieri Michele e GianMichele
