Absolutely huge, beautifully furnished property on a hillside location with a lovely pool and great views of Playa Honda,Puerto del Carmen and the airport. Excellent to see the comings ans going of aircraft,and thw boats also in the sea beyond it. Pancho looks after and lives below the property. He is a friendly ,helpful property manager. 8 min drive to 3 supermarkets, 14 mins to Peurto del carmen,where we learnt and got certifified to dive. Brilliant location and feels very upmarket. We met the owner who was also staying below- for a short time- but never felt in our way and said hello if we saw him atall. Definitely recommend!! Fabulous! Playa chica beach a must for snorkeling!

Wonderful Tranquil Villa

Myself and my family have just returned from a 9 night stay. We took a taxi on arrival and it was less than 10 euros. Beautiful villa stocked with all you need and plenty of space. Wonderfully clean and presented. Pool was great and looked after by the owner in the morning and evening. Pancho and his wife are also an asset and helpful with any queries we had. Lovely constant breeze due to the higher elevation. This was much appreciated in the heat. Pancho & Ralf we’re kind and helpful, even taking us to the supermarket to get shopping, recommending restaurants and took us to Puerto Del Carmen and local tapas bars without intruding on our holiday. Based on our time there we would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to towns for the social element. Thank you Ralf, Pancho & Jenny x

Three weeks in January

Very comfortable and spacious, good views day and night. We appreciated the pool even in January. Well located on the island but we had a car and felt that this was necessary as its hilly getting to and from Guime. Supermarkets nearby and good kitchen made catering "at home" easy. We liked having Playa Honda, Playa Carmen and Arrecife nearby.

Fantastic

Stayed here with 6 adults for 16 wonderful nights. Villa is absolutely stunning, plenty of room for everyone. Good sized bedrooms. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with a great selection of cooking utensils. We did not hire a car and used the very good local bus service which takes you in to Playa Honda where there are many lovely restaurants along the front. We also used taxi’s which are inexpensive. Pancho and his family live downstairs and like other reviews you only see him if you need him. He does an amazing job of looking after the pool which takes the headache out of your stay. Thank you so much and we will definitely rent again.

Stunning house with lovely gardens and private pool in Lanzarote

An absolutely delightful, spacious and well equipped property. Beautiful pool and gardens. Friendly and welcoming caretaker family who live in a separate apartment at the property and who are very helpful and respectful of your privacy. The property’s elevated position provides fantastic panoramic views across the landscape and towns then out to sea. Its also interesting to watch the planes coming and going at the airport with barely any noise. Nice, quiet neighbourhood with a cosy friendly bar/bistro about 10 minutes walk away. Centrally located so that it’s only about 30/40 minute drive to either end of the island making it easy to visit all the locations of interest and the different beaches. We spent a wonderful week at the property and would definitely stay there again in the future.

amazing views, great quiet location

We stayed here as a couple for a week in March 2019. The villa was lovely and clean, and only a five minute drive from the airport. Pancho greeted us when we arrived. Hes a lovely bloke. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the huge american fridge freezer was great to keep all our drinks nice and cool. We never managed to get the courage up to jump in the pool as it was a bit too cold, but thats to be expected in March as the pool is not heated. It was still a lovely place to chill out and sunbathe though. Overall this was a great villa and would definately stay here again.

Excellent well equipped large villa

This villa is located in a very quiet location inland but very quickly and easily accessible to the popular destinations by a short car journey. Access to supermarkets is also incredibly easy for such a quiet location. The villa has a hugh living room with a fantastic panoramic view over the islands coastline and airport. You have a choice of several dining locations inside and out ideal for larger parties. The kitchen is well equipped with every appliance and utensil you need for self catering including a coffee machine. The showers are superb with plenty of available hot water. We have been renting villas in Lanzarote for approx 20 years and this has to be one of the beat allround for location, access to facilites, and quality of accommodation. Pancho the guy who looks after your stay is very friendly, very attentive, and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

Superb Villa

The photos really don't do this place justice. Its a magnificent villa with amazing views. 6 of us, 3 middle aged couples have just got back from a lovely 9 nights there. We ate in every night. Why go anywhere else when its so magical. I spent most my time on the upper terrace taking in the views. Its virtually 180 degrees unobstructed sea view. The view of the airport is definitely a plus point. No noise and a nice focal point of interest. The only thing some folk might not like is Pancho, the lovely manager, lives with his lovely family on the ground floor. You hardly ever see him unless you need him and he is a very nice bloke.

Lovely villa

Lovely , spacious villa with amazing views. Plenty of room for the 4 of us plus a constant breeze so never too hot even in August. The area is very quiet so you will need a car. We enjoyed watching the planes taking off but as they don’t fly over you there is no noise. Would definitely recommend the villa, it’s got everything you need and Pancho who looks after it is very helpful.

Clean, spacious, everything you want!

So enjoyed our stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight but Pancho the manager wasn't fased at all and was very happy to greet us. We did message from the UK to advise the delay. This place has everything you need from a washing machine to a pair of binoculars. ...they have thought of it all. Pancho was on hand if needed and is a great guy, informative and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only downfalls for us....which wouldn't put us off staying again but we certainly look for when travelling with a ten year old child is a heated pool...it does state that the pool is heated but maybe only by the sun...it was absolutely freezing and she could only really go in for a few minutes at a time. No uk tv channels which would of been good when coming in from dinner on an evening. Maybe the villa could do with a face lift but that's just me being picky. Don't be put off, it's a gem.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse (der Flughafen hat uns nie gestört) und ein toller, beheizter Pool. Warmherziger Empfang durch den freundlichen Verwalter Pancho. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf Lanzarote.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2,5 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus.Vom ersten Kontakt über die Buchung, Übernahme und Rückgabe des Hauses verlief alles sehr entspannt und reibungslos. Wie in vielen Bewertungen vorher sollte man die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses erwähnen, vor allen Dingen aber auch den beheizten Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal um die Insel zu erkunden und zum einkaufen (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Roper und Hiper Dino) fährt man weniger als 10 Minuten.Der nahe gelegene Flughafen hat und keineswegs gestört, letztendlich ist er auch in der Nacht von 24:00 bis 07:00 Uhr geschlossen. Auch zu erwähnen sei der Verwalter Pancho. Er wohnt zwar mit auf dem Gelände des Hauses, ist aber tatsächlich nur sichtbar wenn man ihn braucht. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft mit einem schönen Pool und tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Flughafen. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht, die Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen zu beobachten. Pancho hat uns herzlich begrüßt und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick und Privatpool

tolle Ausstattung und sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Es gibt kaum etwas schöneres, als Abends auf der Terssae zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu geniessen.

Fantastisch! (mit winzigen Abstrichen)

Wir hatten tolle Woche in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Ausblick auf Meer und Fuerteventura. Da die Temperaturen calimabedingt um die 21 Grad lagen, haben wir den beheizten Pool sehr geschätzt. Alles supersauber und Verwalter Pancho (wohnt auch dort) superfreundlich. Da die Einrichtung der Wohnung Geschmacksache ist, hat sie keinen Einfluss auf unsere Bewertung. Erwähnt werden muss allerdings, dass einige Möbel etwas abgewohnt sind, insbesondere die Liegen auf den Terrassen und am Pool. Wen das nicht stört, wird in der Calle Miramar 26 einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen.

IT IS NOT PRIVATE ACCOMODATION!

Positive points: Pancho is very kind and professional, the view from the living room is great and the swimming pool is warm Negative points: the german owner is rude, inappropiate, intrusive and the worst thing is that he lives in a dependance inside the villa, so the villa is NOT PRIVATE AT ALL.

Schönes Haus - zentral gelegen

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage von Lanzarote, Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Restaurantionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10-15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Kleine probleme werden von Pancho sehr schnellerledigt, Danke fürden schönen Urlaub , beidem auch das Wetter perfektmitgespielt hat

Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und wurden vom Verwalter Pancho und seiner Frau (die Familie lebt im Untergeschoss des Hauses) sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Flughafen. Wir haben es geliebt, die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Wenige Autominuten entfernt findet man alle Geschäfte, die man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Überhaupt ist der Ort sehr günstig gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und auch für 6 Erwachsene gibt es ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnlandschaft im runden Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön und am großen Tisch im Esszimmer haben wir wunderbar essen und auch spielen können. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse sind genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein großer Tisch vorhanden. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, was für uns richtig toll war. Wir haben wunderbar alle Vorräte dort unterbringen können. Da wir im Urlaub überwiegend Selbstversorger sind und selten in Restaurants gehen, legen wir Wert auf ausreichend Küchenutensilien. Diese waren leider für unsere Personenanzahl nicht ausreichend vorhanden - Müslischalen, Gläser, Tassen und Töpfe mussten wir über den Hausverwalter Pancho nachfordern. Dies wurde umgehend erledigt, aber grundsätzlich sollte da einiges ausgetauscht und neu angeschafft werden. Eines der Schlafzimmer machte einen neuen Eindruck und unsere Tochter und Schwiegersohn waren total begeistert. In den beiden anderen Schlafräumen sollte man zumindest Lattenroste und Matratzen erneuern. Der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight - er wurde von Pancho auch täglich gereinigt. 2 Liegen waren porös und mussten entsorgt werden - leider hatten wir für unseren restlichen Aufenthalt nur noch 4 Liegen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben wir die Woche zu sechst bei dem herrlichen Wetter sehr genossen!
