Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Cancelled our trip 36 hours before we were due to fly out causing much stress to sort alternative accommodation. Excellent service from Hotels.com though to sort out somewhere else. I’d avoid booking here at all costs!

Antonella is a lovely host. She waited for us when our flight was super late and she also let us check out late the day we left. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a couple. The view is stunning and the patio us perfect for breakfasts. Super close to several supermarkets. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Well it certainly lives up to its name! Quiet set of 6 apartments on a private road with a great view over the rooftops of Maspalomas and out to the ocean. From the apartment I had it’s possible to enjoy the view from the comfort of the sofa. There are good security measures with parking for those that need it and a nice warm welcome from the host (Antonella) There’s lots of little extras on arrival like wine, water, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt & pepper which so many other apartments don’t provide. You can use laundry which is useful for longer stays and the housekeeper (Sheree) is helpful about how and when to use the machines. Sheree also cleans the apartment & changes the towels twice a week, while her husband Malcom keeps the pool clean and provides good tips on places to visit and getting around the island. There’s a good value Airport transfer arranged by Antonella in a clean modern 7 seater car, with a polite punctual driver called Luca The bus to Playa Del Inglés stops at the end of the private road and the one to Las Palmas is about 5 mins walk away. Antonella, Sheree and Malcolm provide an attentive, efficient service without being intrusive and everyone goes above and beyond what would normally be expected to make you feel welcome and like you are staying with relatives, rather than in a faceless hotel complex. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and hope to return sometime soon.

Kleines Appartement (Nr. 4), mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Kleine Anlage mit insgesamt 6 Apps um einen gemeinsamen Innenhof, separater, schöner Poolbereich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Einrichtung des App kann eine Renovierung vertragen. Schöne Aussicht bis zum Meer, das allerdings einige Kilometer entfernt ist. Die Umgebung ist wenig attraktiv. Alles zugebaut und zugeparkt. Zum Glück gab es einen Parkplatz zum App dazu. In der Nähe gibt es einen Spar-Markt und ein paar einfache Restaurants. I

Sehr übersichtliche Anlage. Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Strand und Partymeile in Maspalomas in rund 35 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Antonella hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem in der Nähe vom Trubel sein will, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

Great place and staff

We had a great stay here for three weeks. Everything was great. Small and cosy. Great sundeck and pool. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Vista Bella Bungalows, mede dankzij de superhost Antonella! De accommodatie was modern, van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad was netjes en schoon. Voldoende ligbedjes en een mooie Canopy. We komen hier graag weer terug!

Toller Service, sehr freundlicher Personal, jederzeit und sofort per Nachricht erreichbar! Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Anlage schön und sauber gehalten. An sich in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen, nachts laute Musik aus der Ferne laut hörbar, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern in Ordnung. Immer wieder gerne!
