Enjoy this exclusive 240 m² villa located in El Salobre, a quiet private urbanisation surrounded by nature and with unbeatable views of the golf course, mountains and sea. With capacity for 5 people, private pool with optional heating (at extra charge) and spacious outdoor areas, it is the ideal place to rest and enjoy with family or friends.
Upper floor:
- Spacious living room with access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
- Independent kitchen equipped (induction, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils).
- Courtesy toilet and solarium.
Ground floor:
- Small living room with single sofa bed.
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; another with two single beds.
Both rooms have direct access to the lower garden, which has a very pleasant outdoor breakfast area.
- Additional bathroom with bathtub and dressing room.
The private garden and terrace allow you to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, whether sunbathing, having breakfast outdoors or contemplating the sunset.
