Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
PROS: The rooms are brand new, so very clean. Staff is friendly and wants to help. CONS: (1) There is zero mention anywhere that housekeeping only comes every other day so if you stay 2 nights, you will never see housekeeping (after learning this, I asked for more towels and coffee - they were acknowledged, but never arrived - had to make a second trip to the front desk to retrieve them myself). (2) Parking is billed at $4.99 a night + $.30 tax and I had to hunt around on the website to finally find this info since it came as a surprise at check-in. (3) HVAC system is 6 feet from your head while sleeping so expect to choose a hot room or white noise all night. NOTES TO MANAGEMENT: Would be better if you just added $5.50 to my total bill rather than giving the illusion of being nickel and dimed with parking fees. Communication is key to a great relationship - place an obvious note in the room about your cleaning schedule because if I knew in advance about this, it wouldn't bother me.
