Ben was exceedingly personable and helpful! Lobby and room were clean and welcoming. Love that the rooms here are comfortable and not cramped and love the welcoming message on the TV. Breakfast was a wide variety and tasty. Such a good stay that we are reluctant to leave!

Hotel understaffed. Stayed for 7 days, was provided a handicapped accessible shower, (Did not mind at first) but when anyone in the family used the shower, the bathroom floor would flood due to not having anything to stop the water from leaking all over the floor. Explained the situation to hotel staff, requested new room due to inconvenience but was told no other rooms were available. Only way to keep the bathroom floor from flooding was too create our own barrier using the hotel towels. Again, explained to staff and was even told by staff to just keep coming down and getting additional towels. 3rd day at the hotel we went down to request more towels to keep the floor dry and the response was “ Oh, your in the handicap shower huh?. That let me know that this was an ongoing issues for previous guest and that they have yet to address the issue. Not safe for family with children, thankfully no one slipped and injured themselves during the stay.

Lobby, dining area and room were all gorgeous. Ben was extremely helpful...however had a LOT of trouble getting wifi set up (took over an hour and customer help number went to a life-alert ordering line!!). Room was not cleaned, towels not replaced and trash not emptied on 2nd day. We even called SPECIFICALLY to have towels replaced on 2nd evening and it never occurred. The breakfast was appreciated but poor quality: eggs flavorless, sausage overcooked, refried beans severely runny. We ended up deciding to shorten our stay by a day.

This is a great family hotel. My kids loved the inflatables in the pool and spent the afternoon there. Breakfast was amazing and again they thought of the kids, offering sprinkles for kids to add their amazing waffles. My kids had such a great time we extended our stay for 2 extra days. They had a great vacation and want to go back!
