We had a clogged toilet, l called the front desk and no one ever came to the room. The toilet finally flushed but would not work correctly. The bumk beds screws are loose and the beds rocked. The beds were super comfortable and we did have a good night sleep.

I would stay here again. Very friendly. Only thing is you have to wait to get your car because they take it upon arrival. Hotel was right on the river walk which was nice. Super clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Kid friendly!

The place is beautiful, but I hated it. I'm from a small town. I had no idea that there was no parking. You had to pay $50 to valet park or $40 across the street in a car ramp. I got there at night. I was extremely Nervous and Overwhelmed. The valet parking was rude because I had so many questions. I needed the car brought to me because we had an event to go to close to the hotel, but also needed to check out in the morning. Go if that's a norm for you, but otherwise, I highly caution you for your own sanity. It was the worse hotel experience that I've ever had. I never ever would have gone there had i known that I had to also pay for expensive parking.

Perfect location! The staff was incredibly kind, especially John at the front desk. He was very helpful. There is a huge parking garage directly in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient if you don’t valet. The room was extremely spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Although breakfast was just regular food, it is better than nothing. Bottled water is provided upon request at the registration although some of the staff are stingy, instead of giving the bag with 2 bottles, they just gave us one bottle from the bag…😳. The room was not thoroughly cleaned… there was a dental floss stuck in the bottom of the bed while clean towels had hair on them. Majority of the staff were nice and accommodating except for that one stingy staff.

The only complaint i have is the valet service is terrible. It took about 20 minutes every time we needed our vehicle. For the amount we paid for valet it should work a whole lot more effeciently. We told the valet people we were leaving before 6 am and when we went down with our luggage, we had to wake up the guy for our car. Got to be a better way.

Our room was changed to an ADA room without our knowledge. Front desk was rude when we inquired about it and framed it as an upgrade. They finally admitted there had been a leak in the hotel but it was frustrating that they didn’t inform us of the change. Also, parking is valet only($50 + tax per day but not disclosed when room was booked.
