Horrible Front Desk Service

Travelling at 3:30am with two kids both under the age of 4 and front desk was NOT helpful when it came to requesting a shuttle to the airport. Never again will we stay here! Everything could have been avoided with a simple "The first shuttle runs at 3:30", but nope Rene (the horrible rep) wanted to be difficult.

Wonderful experience with new favorite hotel.

Wonderful experience with this hotel amazing amenities happy hour meal and beverages is wonderful. Breakfast was good and staff at meal and happy hour service are so friendly and courteous. They make a point of remindi g you of service time frames so that you do not miss out on anything. Will always stay here anytime im in San Antonio and will look into staying here in other locations as well. Room was comfortable and decorated very well.
