Upon arrival, we had a reservation for two rooms and requested that they be close to each other since we were traveling as a family. Despite being told the hotel was fully booked, we were placed in separate rooms on different floors (room 135 and room 222). This was frustrating, especially since the parking lot remained mostly empty throughout our stay.
While the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the overall experience quickly went downhill. The bathroom was not properly maintained. The shower had mold around the edges, and there was standing water between the bathtub and the floor, causing a strong and unpleasant odor every time we showered.
To make matters worse, on the second morning there was no hot water. We tried calling the lobby several times for assistance, but the phones were not working.
At checkout, we expressed our concerns to the front desk, yet no apology or solution was offered. Instead, we were told the issues needed to be verified. This lack of accountability and customer service left us extremely disappointed
