Pessima experiencia

A experiência foi horrível, péssimas condições de limpeza, tudo Velho, rasgado, com cabelo pelo quarto inteiro, banheiro sujo, parecia que fazia 1 ano que não era limpo. Não possuía água quente, tampouco chuveiro, a água do banho é uma torneira na cabeça. Muito barulho vindo da rua, porta e vidros sem acústica nenhuma. Não sou chata para hotel, mas esse sem condições de permanecer, trocamos de hotel. Horrível!! Único ponto positivo foi o staff que deu todo suporte quando precisávamos.

Muito ruim

Meu quarto para 3 pessoa era extremamente pequeno, mal dava pra ficar de pé, fiquei sem lençol por 2 dias, eram 3 e só tinha 2 toalhas de banho, solicitei mas só me deram no dia seguinte, ficamos sem energia por várias vezes e pra completar sem água, não tinha água nem para dar descarga no vaso sanitário, tivemos que vir embora sem tomar banho pós fichou sem água quase a viagem toda, não tinha frigobar no quarto, tive que beber água quente porque não tinha nem se quer uma geladeira compartilhada, lamentável.
