The room was very clean. Only issue was the shower leaked alot..so the floor was very wet after a shower, they were good and offered extra towels to clean it. I suggested a simple fix so maybe they will correct it. The breakfast was very good and eggs made for you each morning. Air conditioning was a welcome room option as it was very warm while we were there.

Great little hotel.

Great little hotel close to everything. No frills but all the necessities were there. Hot water was on point! AC was great. Breakfast in the morning was decent. And staff was friendly and helpful.

There are no lights in the corridors which allow one to see the door entry codes and to gain access. The safe in the room was not working and it took over 24 hours to get a solution after reporting it. At almost 7:00 AM, on the July 4, I came into the eating space (cannot be termed a “restaurant”, because it is actually a feeding station for workers in the area), no primarily conceived to serve guests but the workers who congregate at set times to eat. The breakfast offered to guests therefore are left overs. I didn’t occur to me that I was interrupting their breakfast and the kitchen staff proceeded to mutter their dismissals in Spanish. Unfortunately, I do not know Spanish fluently however I understand enough Spanish because I have an adult son who is fluent in Spanish. The kitchen staff directed rude comments towards me. I had to leave the space to look for breakfast outside the hotel even though I paid for breakfast at the hotel through out my stay. At the time of writing this, it has been more than 24 hours since we were told on July 5, that there was no internet supply at the hotel. Furthermore before going to sleep last night, I asked the hotel receptionist to recommend an alternative solution for internet access and after checking back two hours later, I was told that there were no solutions. And finally, this morning, July 6, as the kitchen lady served me, she with the unwashed hands she was using to separate frozen pork. Here is the plate of food.

The staff here is so attentive and go above and beyond for guest. The location is prime for access to main beach and activities. The room was good size and cleaners do a great job. However, the bathroom was horrible- needs updating. The toilet did not flush properly and I couldn't take a shower without my hair and the outside getting wet. Best Staff! Great location!

Recientemente me alojé en este hotel y, desafortunadamente, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Al entrar en la habitación, noté un olor a humedad que persistió durante toda mi estancia, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. El baño también tenía algunas manchas oscuras, lo que no me dio una gran impresión de limpieza. Además, las almohadas y las sábanas no se sentían frescas, y vi algunas manchas en ellas, olían a viejo y estaban húmedas lo que me causó acné en una parte de mi rostro donde nunca había experimentado acné. Sin embargo, la distancia a la playa era ideal, lo que aprecié: era un paseo corto y muy conveniente. En una nota positiva, el proceso de registro fue fluido y eficiente, lo que marcó un buen tono para el comienzo de mi estadía. Desafortunadamente, no puedo decir lo mismo sobre el estado general de la habitación. Si bien la ubicación era decente, esperaría mejoras en la limpieza y el mantenimiento antes de considerar regresar.

It was very handy to the beach, restaurants, shopping,vehicle rentals. The property is older,but well kept.. the staff clearly took pride in it. Unfortunately the neighbors on one side don't have that same pride.Hot water all day long! Beach towels ready to go at the front desk.. we really appreciated Camillo!

Limited hot water! Bad breakfast! Horrible coffee!!! No table in the rooms! This hotel charges almost $100 per night but not worth more than $45 per night , compared to other hotel with restaurants and much much better food and better facilities! People consider other hotels before booking this one! I won’t recommend this hotel ! Way to expensive for the low service!

Great location, and excellent staff It was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the airport and I felt safe even though it was nighttime. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, and seemed to be at the edge of all the main city attractions, but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. The room was essentially what I expected, but the window went to the hallway so it might as well have not had a window at all (standard room option)

I like it in general, but we have some issues in the room like, the AC was liking, the plug connection in the bathroom didn't work at all, and the WIFI in my case didn't ever work. But the Area where the Hotel is located is very good, many shops in the same street and the beach just one block away. Breakfast good and attention from the staff very nice.
