Worst place in San Andres should be removed

The apartment was smelling really bad like someone was smoking there a few minutes before we arrived, there was garbage on the floor, different kind of bugs and ants all-over, dust all over and dirt on the floor like the apartment hasn't been cleaned for a few days. The bedsheets also looked unclean and then I saw that the apartment looked totally different from the pictures with the bed arrangements, sofa, tv etc. I was looking for a Wi-Fi name and password and there was not even Wi-Fi. We also got a different apartment than what was on the website. After talking to the apartment owner we got threatened that she knows the local police and that we should just leave the property without receiving a refund.
