Not my best stay in Borovets!

Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online

Ski Trip

4 day ski trip with sons . Food is Good, beds are ?? and pillows are ???? Sauna etc not available till late , food although good was never enough at breakfast unless you were down early .It is quite a walk to slopes esp if carrying ski gear as lockers at the resort are a rip off at 15 per day Staff were very friendly but the place needs a facelift

Really friendly and helpful staff. The food was okay and it was clean but the hotel felt a bit dated and there was a couple of things in the room which weren’t working. Great Value for money though compared to others. Would recommend it, they just need to modernise a couple of things.

Gorgeous room!

Lovely hotel, very personal. A little walk up to the ski fields - good exercise! Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Would be happy to stay there again.
