Loved the bungalow, beach, water, and water activities. Staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable . Scheduled activities were not always available or at the scheduled times so we missed any and all dance classes. Buffet food was fresh and food was good. Fresh fruit was always on point! Really enjoyed Fusion, avoid the Mediterranean restaurant it was not fresh tasting. Loved the chill beach vibe with no kids. I plan to go back 😊

I have chosen this hotel because we stayed here before this time it was a disappointment we had to wait to get to room until 3.30 food menu was bad all the time same food i am diabetic i am on gluten free and diary and egg diet so it was for me very challenging. On top of that there is 1 pool which was closed due to construction . Customer desk service was friendly others bunch of ignorants even we had to be waiting for a long time to get a water or something to drink. So i am staying away from this hotel

Its a beautiful property but with very limited amenities. Pros: excellent beach, great pool, good drinks Cons: Very badly kept. The common area bathrooms didnt have working flushes in the toilets. Worst food I have ever had. Inedible at times. All but one restaurant open, and it was terrible. 80% of the staff extremely unhelpful and almost borderline rude. Almost always out of beach towels. Didn't receive any VIP benefits even after asking for them 3 times. Definitely not a recommended spot.

We had an AMAZING time here! My partner and I just wanted a quiet, romantic trip and that’s exactly what we got. We stayed in one of the bungalows and our room was spotless and lovely. We didn’t try any activities, we laid on our backs in the sun on our patio, by the pool, and on the beach with drinks in hand and ate whenever we felt hungry and it was absolutely perfect! The resort was quiet and never crowded and the beach and ocean were spectacular. The only problem was…our flight flew into an airport SIX HOURS from the resort!! We had no idea after we booked through Expedia. Cue a $500, 6-hr cab ride across the island plus having to buy new plane tickets for the flight back, out of Santo Domingo (about an hour cab ride). Do better, Expedia ! Why would you book us a flight into an airport on the opposite side of the country from the resort?? It’s our fault for not checking before we arrived, but we were told there was an airport shuttle (false, be prepared to pay for a cab no matter where you fly into) and assumed our flights were to the airport closest to the resort. If booking through here, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ARRIVAL AIRPORT!!! Because customer service is absolutely non-existent. We were so relieved to finally arrive at our beautiful resort, which gets 5/5 stars from us but the travel was the most nightmarish experience I’ve ever had and we will NOT be booking anything through this site again.

I love the personnel of the hotel. The food was awesome. My favorite day? Saturday (Dominican night). The show was awesome. Id stay in a bungalow and i loved it. All was a VIP service. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

The beach is very beautiful, but the property is very dated. They did not offer toiletries, the towels are old , stained and ripped. This is not even a 2 star property.

La comida del restaurante Mediterráneo era mala,la del bufet estaba buena y el restaurante Fusión. La habitación estaba cómoda ,la cama y la limpiaba todos los días. Me dieron una habitación que no funciona la cafetera ,el teléfono ,la puerta del baño,la puerta del clóset y el aire no enfriaba bien,desde el primer día lo notifiqué y nunca me resolvieron y no nos dieron opción de cambiarme de habitación.Los empleados no eran tan amables y no te buscaban solución, el mejor empleado Jefrey y la más hostil Yara.
