Perfect for first all inclusive resort experience. Definitely primarily focused on families and older guests, but there were some other young people to connect with. The rooms, while spacious, seem average at best. There is too much moisture inside and when you turn the AC on, it gets very sticky and humid. The property as such is very well located with great beach access and the pools are excellent. Food was very good too with great selection in the menu.

I have to leave before my plans due my husband has sick. One of the staff members: Juan Carlos at the front desk was very compassionate on my situation, helping me to find a ride to the airport, also help me to get filed a request for refund some of the days I never used .
