The hotel was a bit farther away from the train station than expected, but it was in a very good location for walking to the old town section of Salzburg. Breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet.

OK for a short stay

clean bed and bathroom but closet is too small and there is no iron in the room. you have to check it out from the front desk. room is small. it’s ok for one or two nights but for longer stays I would look for other places.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was appreciated during the hot weather. The hotel was in a convenient location to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Although the nearest metro station was closed for repairs, the next station was easy to walk to.

Great stay

Pretty great stay. The rooms are superb, especially the mountain view ones. The beds are super comfy, the staff are lovely, and the hotel is in a good location for getting around. The only negatives were that the breakfast selection was a little disappointing, and if I was to choose my own soap, I probably wouldn't go with mint. All in all it's a great place to stay and I would happily stay here again!

Great hotel

The hotel was a good 20 mjnute walk into the old town but it was a lovely walk along tthe river. The hotel was clean and modern with friendly, helpful staff.

Roadworks outside the property right under our window. Work started one night at 2am. And carried on through the night. We had the window closed and could still hear it. The hotel did not inform us of any works but when i raised it said there had been works going on salzburg for 12 months. There was no offer of a room change or any apology for the terrible experience we were having. No in room tea and coffee facilities so every time you want a drink its 3 euros 90 for a tea! A disappointing stay
