Présentation du Hameau des Cardenals : Maison contemporaine confortable à l'aménagement complet pour passer de belles vacances qui bénéficie d'une très belle vue !
La terrasse ombragée et équipée d'un salon de jardin avec barbecue est sans vis à vis immédiat avec les autres maisons.
Le Hameau des Cardenals se situe à Salviac, entre Sarlat et Cahors, en Périgord Quercy, en limite des départements de la Dordogne et du Lot.
Implanté dans un cadre champêtre, l’endroit est calme, reposant et convivial. Orienté au sud-ouest, le gîte profite d’une vue panoramique fabuleuse sur la vallée du Causse de la Bouriane, lieu de chênes nains, de châtaigniers et de rivières.

La maison est récente, bien entretenue et de qualité ; bien isolée, celle-ci est très fraîche l'été.
L' équipement électroménager ainsi que les meubles sont en excellent état. La piscine chauffée à 28° minimum, est à traitement au sel (sans chlore). Elle est agréable et dispose d’une plage carrelée de 100 m². L’ensemble est clôturé par une barrière répondant aux normes strictes de sécurité AFNOR.
