Beautiful independent solution of villa, newly built, entirely on the ground floor, with beautiful rear sea view, in a quiet area, in the town of Torre Pali in Marina di Salve at about 1100 meters from the beautiful beach of only fine white sand of the area with equipped beaches and also free.
The owners have provided bicycles free of charge for those wishing to leave the car.
The solution consists of a beautiful and spacious kitchen / dining room with a double bed and air conditioning, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a back space covered by a gazebo and equipped with a table, chairs, a commercial barbecue and a beautiful sea view, mosquito nets , washing machine and outdoor shower inevitable.
Anteriorly we find car parking, another covered outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs.
A very comfortable solution for a small family of 2/4 people, in a quiet area with a closed road.
At only 500 meters we find the coastal road that connects Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca, passing between the Marinas of Ugento, such as, Torre San Giovanni, Torre Mozza, Lido Marini up to the renowned beaches of the Maldives of Salento just 3km away.
Possibility of car rental in the area. Free bikes.
Gallipoli at about 35km. Shops of various kinds at about 450 meters.
