Excellent apartment in Praia do Forte, with easy access to the village, where you will find bars, restaurants and other attractions, as well as the beach (600m)!
Newly built, it has an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, living area with integrated kitchen. Everything is furnished and cozy, to provide a great experience and comfort.
We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

1 king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV.
Located in the newly built Condominium Garden, close to the village of Praia do Forte, where it has several options of bars and restaurants, being a strong point of the location!
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and natural pools. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
