This was a perfect place to stay! It was super clean and conveniently located near the mall. Gui and Renata were fantastic! However, I wish Roberto at the front desk had the same positive attitude and provided better customer service instead of making assumptions about things he was not knowledgeable about.

Fiquei no 8º andar e a acústica é péssima. SÉRIO, IMPRESSIONANTE A INCOMPETÊNCIA.
