Not worth it.

Beautiful ocean view from the lobby, however the entire building seems to be falling apart. The paint was stripping off the walls of the lobby. Trash from guests were seen on the floor. Cockroaches in the hall way and lobby are.The elevator for guest was out of service so we had to use the staff elevator which looked like it was there since the 80s as it was extremely old and dated, we preferred taking the stairs for our own safety however the stairway was just as bad. Room was clean however the door handle was falling apart , the room number was missing a digit so it took us a minute to find to room. The Room doors were old and worn. Bed sheets were so thin you could see the mattress , sheets were also stained. The breakfast was the same everyday; soggy eggs cuzcuz and potatoes. They had tea but didn't provide hot water to make the tea , of you got there after 8 am there was basically nothing left and the staff could not careless as most times they were eating or smoking as well. The room had no views and no WiFi so the lobby was always full of guests trying to get internet access. I tried getting an upgraded room and without even checking I was told there was no other room option. The hotel needs to be torn down or seriously renovated.

The service was excellent! The bed was Ok , but the only issue I had was the WiFi only worked in the Lobby , being from another country where my WiFi doesn’t work this was very inconvenient ,it’s also was in a great location for the beach and to get Uber’s

Needs a huge improvement and restoration!

It was convenient for 1 nigth stay before our flight. Lobby and pool area are nice. Elevator and other comom areas such as corridors need to be painted, restored. Room need a new bed, new mattress, good linen. Shower was nice although bathroom was not cozy. Location was good. But, if not restored and updated I would not stay again.

Hotel Oceanico Ondina

Overall a good experience. Rooms are small but clean. Good shower and bathroom. Great breakfast included and view from rooftop. Bus stop right across the street. The pool is nothing to speak of. Its more like a hot tub without the hot or the jets.

Better off at a Pousada

While the hotel was across the street from the beach (a dirty one) Nothing else was close to what I would expect from even a motel 6. On more than one occaision we had to wait for towels to come back from laundry service which meant we could not take showers in the afternoon. The wi fi they advertised did not work. the acoustics in the hallway were so bad that we were frequently woken up. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom in general was below most American standards. The last night we stayed at a Pousada 3 blocks from the beach that was cheaper and in my opinion offered better accomodations including very fast wifi/

Não tenho boa referência, tinha acertado com cama de casal ao chegar fui informado que não tinha, acertei por ter garagem ao chegar não tinha após eu muito reclamar apareceu uma vaga mais tive que pagar uma taxa de 20,00 reais , ar condicionado sem funcionar, a recepção péssima o atendimento então não recomendo

Vamos lá: Travesseiros que parecem uma folha de tão finos../ colchão da cama horrível que me deixou com uma dor nas costas terrível… O vaso sanitário em um estadia de 7 dias entupiu 3x Na parede há um monitor de 14 polegadas que não funciona ou seja sem televisão… O café da manhã que dizem ser de 7 às 10 quando chegava às 9h já não tinha praticamente nada para comer Quartos sem isolamento acústico… o hóspede de cima abrindo a porta o ranger era estridente no meu quarto Ao lado do hotel havia uma obra e as 7h da manhã barulho de martelete e outros, a janela não tem acústica nenhuma Pra falar que não tinha nada que prestava eu vou falar do ar condicionado que era novo e muito bom…

PÉSSIMA ADMINISTRAÇÃO!!

A recepção não procurou a minha reserva e simplesmente disse que não tinha, depois que entrei em contato com o Hoteis.com eles resolveram procurar e encontraram, má vontade geral, passei 5 dias sem tv pois simplesmente não consertaram a antena a tempos, café da manhã, tinha que ficar pedindo pra repor as coisas e o banheiro com vazamento, tudo muito difícil...NÃO TEM PISCINA, caso queira precisa se deslocar para outra unidade em outro bairro!!

Estadia precária! Enxoval Velho, Translúcido e Encardido. Passamos 4 dias sem a TV funcionar e o gerente não resolveu o problema nem nos trocou de quarto, o que sinaliza não saber se colocar no lugar do cliente diante de um serviço extremamente defeituoso. Terceira vez no Ondina e até acreditei que algo poderia ter melhorado, mas não. O que já era ruim, ficou pior e passei por uma experiência péssima que nunca mais me fará voltar a este estabelecimento.
