Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom.

It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

I really enjoyed my time at Stella Maria. Good vibe with decent food options and buffet. Slight downside was the bathroom was a little dirty. Hair dryer had dust and hair on it, and some other spots around the bathroom. But honestly, that's a small complaint. The resort felt very safe and the staff all had sparkling personalities and were very helpful and kind to an english only speaker. One small thing I will bring up is that the place is sort of loud. Not a complaint so much as just a warning for people who want to relax and read by the pool. They always have loud music playing over the PA by the pool, so if you like naps and quiet that might be something to consider. Orhwrwise very good.

Hotel com estrutura de antigo 4 estrelas mas com gerenciamento sofrível . Positivo : Quarto amplo ( superior frente mar ) cama boa king , bom banheiro ( excelente secador e espelho de aumento) bom chuveiro , boas toalhas e roupas de cama , boa tv smart e bom ar-condicionado, varanda grande e vista linda do mar e piscina . Bom jantar e café ( buffet ). Estacionamento grátis e seguro descoberto . Negativo : luzes brancas frias em todo hotel são aspecto de pousada de estrada , conservação ruim das mesas do restaurante dão aspecto de sujas ( não são ) praia de piscinas boa mas só é seguro ficar na frente do hotel e o hotel não tem espreguiçadeiras ou bar de praia , só na piscina e não disponibilizam toalhas de piscina .. Linda piscina adulto e criança de dia , de noite uma escuridão só , não tem luz interna na piscina! Nem tem isolamento adequado para as crianças a noite .. Responsáveis devem ficar bem atentos . Elevadores novos mas achei sujos e barulhentos. Cobram 20 reais antecipado por 4 garrafas de água no quarto , opcional. Room service 24 h tb pode ser pedido bebidas e comida . Preferia pagar na diária essa água e achar ser cortesia ..rsrs Enfim , pela estrutura boa e pé na areia gostaria de ver esses detalhes corrigidos pra voltar e me sentir melhor no ambiente…

Pior hotel que já estive na vida, primeiro já no check in cobraram uma taxa indevida, ficamos em pé umas 3 horas e ninguém resolveu nada, por fim pagamos porque estávamos cansadas. No outro dia sobremos xenofobia, e presenciamos um racismo terrível contra uma pessoa negra. Chegamos acionar a polícia militar, e só ficamos uma única noite, trocamos e hotel, e pagamos 7 diárias sem ficar na propriedade, funcionários super mal educados, despreparados, quartos sujos, paredes sujas, toalhas rasgadas e cheias de manchas, parede mofada, e encontramos insetos. Simplesmente horroroso.

Apesar de apresentar preços atrativos, o hotel deixa a desejar em diversos aspectos importantes, o que acaba prejudicando significativamente a experiência da estadia, para não querer voltar de novo. Chama atenção a cobrança à parte de itens básicos, como toalhas de piscina. O restaurante, além de sujo, é extremamente barulhento, tornando as refeições desconfortáveis. A qualidade da comida também não corresponde ao esperado. Outro ponto negativo é a política de pagamento: não é possível abrir conta, sendo necessário pagar tudo na hora. Caso o pagamento não seja feito imediatamente, a equipe vai até o quarto poucos minutos depois para cobrar, o que soa invasivo e desagradável. Quanto aos serviços, as toalhas de banho são trocadas apenas uma vez por dia e não há fornecimento de toalha para cabelo. A água da torneira não é recomendada para consumo por turistas, e o hotel se aproveita disso cobrando um valor elevado (5 reais) por uma garrafa de 500 ml. Além disso, a piscina infantil não é aquecida e não recebe incidência de sol, o que a torna praticamente inutilizável, especialmente nos meses de maio. No geral, a economia no preço não compensa os diversos inconvenientes enfrentados durante a estadia.
