Experiência agradável.

Quanto ao proprietário é nota 10. Muito atencioso e a resposta é rápida. Para melhorar, sugiro um micro-ondas, mais uma tv e uma internet melhor. Só não gostei das regras do condomínio porque ninguém pode circular nas áreas comuns antes das 8:00 hs e depois das 22:00 hs. Achei as restrições do condomínio muito exageradas.

Apto bem equipado, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, produtos de limpeza, bem espaçoso , duas mesas , ventilado, lindo, exatamente igual as fotos. Proprietário vem atencioso, disponível para qualquer necessidade. Bem próximo a praia.
