Stay at our hideaway by the Swedish countryside in an inner archipelago environment. Only 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Stockholm with all the attractions

Lovely newly refurbished house with all necessities, 250 meters to a lake. South facing on a plot high situated, adjacent to a beautiful forest with marked trails.
Put on your bathrobe and walk down to the little beach for a swim before breakfast in the surrounding private garden. Take the car, bus, ferry or bicycle to the city to enjoy one of the many museums, restaurants, and sights. When you are tired and exhausted of the crowds - take a 10-minute drive to the house and relax in the quiet surroundings. Have a barbecue on the terrace with the big grill. Walking distance to the popular beach Boo-badet, from there you can take the ferry downtown or further out in the archipelago. The house is located in a very silent and safe neighborhood, surrounded by similar houses, which are far away enough not to disturb each other. Don’t be surprised if you are visited by deer or rabbits. The close by national park or the museum Artipelag ( is wonderful for a day trip. Bicycles, Wifi internet, sat TV, well-stocked kitchen, bikes.

The house has been refurbished the last five years. Rooms are spacious and very bright. Since one of our biggest interest is interior design - every small detail is thought of. Most of the time we spend in the new carpenter-built kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment for cooking. The combined living room and dining room has a fireplace, a big comfortable sofa and an exit to the big terrace with a grill and morning and evening sun. There is a 55-inch smart-TV (cable TV, Netflix, Playstation 3) and stereo equipment. Fast Wifi connection. On the lower floor there is a room with a home cinema system, a room with washing machine and tumbler and ordinary rooms.

Two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a big double bed (180 cm) and one with a standard double bed (160 cm). There is one bedroom with a single bed on the lower level. The couch in the living rooms is very comfortable and designed to make into a bed (single).

On the upper floor there is a bathroom with WC and shower. On the lower floor a guest WC. Both recently completely renovated.

The garden is wonderful. A great design table with space for all friends. A swing for smaller children, and well kept grass lawn and an ocean of flowers. 2023 we increased the size of the patio and 2024 we built an outside shower.

Supermarket 350 meters (open 8-22) and shopping center (Orminge centrum) are within walking distance (shopping center at one bus stop). Also on the way from Stockholm there is a large shopping center (Nacka Forum) with many departments and lower prices, which is excellent for shopping.

Included: The house is fully-furnished and is well-equipped with bed linens, kitchenware, detergents, etc. Usage of sheets and towels are also included as is water and electricity. Each room has installed radiators that can be individually adjusted according to needs. There is also firewood to nibe used in the traditional stove.
