I had booked my stay almost two weeks in advance and when I got here they gave me a downgraded room and charged me for my original booking. Didn’t give me the option to move rooms either because of the hotel being booked. Asked if I wanted an apology instead of just doing so, which was weird.

We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination.

Muy buen hotel de primera. Lo unico que tendria que decir es que en su pagina dice que cobran un precio por mascota pero en el hotel te dan otro precio. Yo soy de las personas que no les gusta las sorpresas. Si me dicen que pague $100 los pago, pero que en el hotel no me digan que son $101, Porque eso me molesta. Pero el hotel y la atencion son de primera y me pienso quedar hai cada vez que viaje a mexico por carretera desde Texas. Mi espanol no es muy bueno, Mil disculpas.
