It was great. Small increase inconveniences like they did not have a hair dryer in the room or a clothes iron. When asked they could not provide an iron because they have only three and all were signed out. Overall it was good experience and I would go back.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot but the restaurant at the hotel isn’t good at all, though there are other great dining options near by, but one should make a reservation, especially if going on a weekend.

For the price We would expect nicer No elevator. No safety hand rails in shower. Sheets were too tightly tucked and did not come up high enough. Extra blanket would have been nice Nice view unfortunately it was raining so did not use the deck.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5) Title: Unwelcoming and Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend I booked Harbour House Hotel (Salt Spring Island) based on previous reviews, but had a very negative experience at check-in. The property felt deserted and lacked clear signage, creating confusion about whether it was even open. The front desk staff member was very unwelcoming, dismissive, and unprofessional—offering no assistance or basic hospitality. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, rude, and unsafe, which led us to leave shortly after arriving. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
